What display configurations are supported?

The studio offers two main options for interacting with visual content:

  1. Multi-device projection: Connect several sources simultaneously and manage layouts via the touch interface.
  2. Dedicated desktop access: Use the studio’s internal high-power desktop for managing visual projects. Common software like Image Viewer or Layout Grid helps streamline data display.

Available adapters during your session include:

  • VGA to HDMI
  • Lightning to HDMI
  • Thunderbolt to HDMI / Ethernet
  • USB Type-C to HDMI / Ethernet
  • USB 3.0 and Ethernet hub
  • Multiple power outlets on table and floor

Can I make a conference call?

Yes, one user at a time may initiate a local or toll-free call using the studio’s ceiling audio system. Calls are routed via a dedicated number and use integrated microphones and speakers (no desktop phone is available).


What file types and image resolutions are recommended?

The main display wall is optimized for 7680 x 3240 resolution. For ideal quality:

  • Use images with a minimum of 300 ppi (Photoshop) or 600 dpi (R/PNG files)
  • PDF files display well but may be constrained to fixed window sizes

Are food or drinks allowed?

Only bottled or covered water is permitted inside the studio.
