Description
This is the first Bioinformatics workshop organized by the Bioinformatics Core (BIC) at the Institute for Biomedical Informatics (IBI), University of Pennsylvania. BIC provides bioinformatics support to researchers of the Penn Medicine community. This workshop includes the following topics:

• Introduction of the Penn library resources for bioinformatics
• Introduction of BIC and its services
• Bioinformatics resources for cancer databases and tools
