AutoSage
The goal of AutoSage is to make artificial intelligence more approachable for researchers by enabling intuitive, automated analysis of biomedical data. AutoSage supports classification and regression through an adaptive AutoML engine that learns from previous analyses to recommend or automatically run new model configurations on user data.
AutoSage is open-source, free to use, and designed with a user-friendly interface for accessibility. The platform includes a result-tracking system and supports continuous learning to improve model selection over time. Additional information can be found in associated documentation and on the AutoSage project site.
AutoSage is available to all UPIBI-affiliated investigators. While the tool itself is free, users are responsible for any costs related to cloud-based computation via their own provider accounts.
