IBI Centers

IBI is home to two centers: the Health Language Processing Center and the Center for Translational Bioinformatics.

The Health Language Processing Center brings automatic language processing expertise and methods for the identification, extraction and integration of natural language from different sources for biomedical research.

The mission of the Center for Translational Bioinformatics is to develop infrastructure, create an environment that fosters collaboration, and provide education and leadership for advancing biomedical research at the interface between the basic and clinical sciences.
